This spatula is narrow enough to pick up and turn each of multiple items in the frying pan. The blade stays sharp, so it is easy to scrape out pan drippings. The blade is thin and just flexible enough to make it easy to slip under each item and turn it. And... it is just about exactly the same size as the one my parents had in their kitchen for sixty-plus years. Abou ten years ago, I bought one for myself and for each of my three siblings, and just finished ordering one each for my three grown children, so they can have them in their own homes. I want to make sure that everyone can continue to have that perfect tool, because we ll loved to use my parents' spatula.
