I love my fine paring knife. I bought it two years ago in east Tennessee and I'm so glad I did. I now understand why Susan Lamson wanted a copy of her favorite old knife. The slim blade is strong and holds a sharp edge longer than any of my other knives. I'm careful not to let it sit in water and I oil the handle with walnut oil as needed. I always keep it in the protective sleeve it came in and after two years of constant use it looks brand new. Thank you for the finest of knife products.
