WARRANTY
All Lamson & Goodnow tools are warranted to be free from defective workmanship and materials. Any defective product will, at our option, be replaced free of charge if returned to us transportation prepaid. Our liability under all warranties expressed or implied shall be limited to the replacement or repair of defective products.

PRICES

Orders will be accepted only on the basis of prices in effect at the time of shipment, and are subject to change without notice.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order is $150.00, and $100.00 per store location for multiple store pack and distribution. Orders for less would be subject to $5.00 service charge.

TERMS

Invoice terms are Net 30 days. Invoices not paid within terms are subject to a 1.5% per month service charge on unpaid balance where applicable.

FREIGHT

Prices are FOB shipping point, Shelburne Falls, MA.

RETURNS

Authorization must be obtained before returning goods to the factory. All returns will be prepaid by customer. Returns in good condition and less than one year old will be accepted for merchandise credit only, and subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% depending on product condition.
